Hi all, I'm printing the forms to send it out to USCIS and I noticied that my printer is not printing the forms with the bar code at the end, would that be a problem? I tried changing the configurations of my printer and nothing changed.

Thanks for your help!

I am a US citizen filing AOS for my husband, who came with turist visa.

I am including the following forms in my package:

i-130

i-130A

i-485

i-693

i-765

i-864

Can somebody please clarify what are the fees for each form? And if I can send only one check for all of them?

Thanks for your help!

Bringing my nephew without any visas. Is it really possible?

So my sister is a LPR and was deciding the best route to bring her 8 years old son to live with her since she just won his custody in Brazil.

On doing some investigation, we found some information on the website of the American Consulate in Rio that states that minor Children of LPR in the United States are authorized to travel to the US without a visa or authorization letter as long as the parent have a valid green card

Does anyone have better knowledge about this?

She is going to Brazil in February for his birthday and want to bring her son back with her!

Thank you!!!

Hello everyone,

My wife's AOS interview is scheduled for December. Has anyone in the L.A. area brought an interpreter at the above USCIS office recently? Or did they have an interpreter standing by on the phone for the interview? I keep reading other offices are allowing interpreters to attend the interviews even though the request for interview letter states not to bring one.

Thank you in advance
