Hi all, my wife is pregnant and is due in July. We're waiting on her I-130 to process which we filed back in May. My Wife went back to her country and currently holds a B1/B2 visa. I'm just curious if I can have the baby delivered here in the United States? I found out I can have her added to my health insurance but not until the baby is born. I'm just curious will CBP will turn away if she comes back? If we can provide proof we can pay for it is it good?

Hi everyone, I met my wife in 2012 and got married in march 2016 start my immigration process in October of same year. she was a permanent resident when we start then on march of 2017 she became citizen and we update our process and on march of 2017 we got the i-130 approved then i apply for i-601a got approved in 3 months, start on NVC on December of 2018 and on January 20, 2019 i got the email from Nvc telling that all docs was accepted and we was documented qualified so all the process was smooth. 3 years this month since that day and no interview schedule. Why im stuck there for 3 year and a friend that i have on same process got married one year after me got dc on NVC on October of 2020 and on June 2021 got his interview schedule. Why so long for me. The inquires that i submitted to nvc they said that everthing is ok and we just need to wait. priority date 10/21,2016. Thank you guys so much for helping.

Hello everyone, I had my EB3 interview on November 29th, 2021 and my medical exams two days later, on December 1st, 2021. The consular officer told that everything looked correct and they would just wait for the medical exams to issue the visas. Does anyone know how long is it taking to the Brazilian Embassy to receive the exams results and process the visas? I know usually the medical exam is made before the interview and then you take the results to the Embassy, but I think we all know that due the pandemic it's hard to get an appointment with a doctor before the date of the interview. As of today, my case still shows as "Refused" in the CEAC website (last update: December 6th, 2021). Thank you BR,

My fianc recently arrived in the US and we recently had our wedding. I called my insurance company and they said they needed a SSN to add her to my insurance. I called the Social Security office and they were telling me I can get a SSN without an EAD I have an appointment to go to the Social Security office this week. Is an valid I-94 / Active K1 Visa / Birth Certificate enough for us to get a social security number? And if not, how else can I get one?

Hi everyone, I need some help. We had our interview on October 8 for K-1 visa at the consulate in Rio, we were instructed to submit a police background check from Italy since Adriana (applicant) had lived in Italy within the last five years. We got the police background check and began submitting it in the beginning of November. We sent many emails with the document and also sent it by mail to Rio. After many emails and calls that never got a response they acknowledged receiving the document on Nov 29th. Today I received a email that says they need Italy Police certificate translated into English> They did not give any other direction on what is needed other than "Italy Police Certificate translated into English. Does anyone know what is required for the translation, where and how should I go about getting this done? Thank you in Advance!
