US Immigration from Brazil

Hello everybody!

Sorry if it's a silly question - my fiancee is currently living in the US (he lived in Brazil, with me until august/21), and we're organizing the documents to send the initial petition this month. Since the processing times are so painfully long these days, I wonder if my fiancee can just move back to Brazil a couple of months after sending the initial pettition and receiveing the first NOA. Is that a risky idea? If we need to update our addresses in the future, during the process of the NOA2, how can we do that?

And my second question: should the letter of intent be short and brief, or should I give a quick background of our relationship?

I did my n400 interview on August 29, I was given a paper indicating that I passed but a decision cannot be made. The officer wrote in the paper ( Related A 206 321 I don t what this mean. It over 120 days but still no decision was made. Can someone please tell me what to do because I m really confused

Hi all. I believe i oaid the MRV Fee for Brazil (Click on attachmen, you'll see at the bottom where i bkacked out dome info that the amount is in Brazil Reais which equalls the fee for MRV). Although it is not listed as MRV fee on the attachment, the fee is the same. Is that what I paid?

I read that the MRV fee is to be paid at the cashier at the consulate or paid online. I am confused now. Thanks for the help in advance.
