US Immigration from Brazil

Hello everyone had my interview February 14th at the Tampa USCIS office which I was passed my US citizenship interview. I did change my last name. Anyone out there had any experience on the wait for your oath ceremony with a name change. Have a cruise booked in July and just want to make sure I have enough time between my oath ceremony and cruise to get my passport.

I filed in late March of 2022 and recently heard that I should have sent a copy of both the front and back of my birth certificate. I only sent the front side. Is it possible to go ahead and sent the copy of the back side to prevent a possible RFE?

I know most everyone find hard to fill out some boxes on the forms and end up filling with black ink.

I found this website https://dochub.com/ that lets you fill out all the " unfillable" boxes for free.

Is it safe to fill the forms using this kind of toll?
Has anyone found a better solution?

I'm hoping someone can help - my wife has her AOS interview coming up and she was charged with a crime that was dropped. The Court of Justice of the state of RS hosts a site for its court cases (TJRS) and the documents that declare the final dispositions are available for download. These documents contain a 'certification' at the bottom with a URL and a code that can be used to verify that the submitted document is authentic. My wife is a lawyer in Brazil and assures me that this is the only document that the court will provide. They will not certify the document in any other way or provide a signature, stamp, seal, etc. We also have counsel in Brazil who says the same thing. Does anyone have experience with court documents from Brazil or Rio Grande do Sul? Will USCIS accept a document that's 'certified' this way?

I have a question regarding the minimum annual income limits for sponsors of the (I-129F) K1 visa. We would be a household of three. According to current HHS Poverty Guidelines, 125% for a family of 3 would be $31,075 per year. If I calculate my income from my job as my daughter's full-time caregiver that I have been employed as since 2000, I fall short by $600 annually. But this is not my total income. I also receive a monthly cash payment directly from my daughter for household expenses. If I calculated this additional money into my income, then I am above the income threshold.

My daughter receives a monthly SSI payment. She will continue to receive this payment permanently because she is permanently disabled from birth. It is from her SSI payment that she pays me the additional income that I count.

My question is then, will USCIS accept as my total income that which I receive from my employment as her caregiver AND her monthly payment to me even though she receives SSI?

She is the only SSI recipient. I personally DO NOT receive SSI.
