US Immigration from Benin

From the timelines I have seen, it seems k1 visas are processed way faster than the spousal visa, how can someone be waiting for a year and 6 months after getting DQ, it s ridiculous.

Good day everyone, the attorney handle our case made a mistake on my ds260 form, my passport issuing and expiring date was interchanged, the date was put in place of the month and the month put in place of the date, I contacted NVC , they said I can t do anything about it, I have to wait until I get to the interview, do u guys think this will pose a big problem? Thank you!

It s 30th December but no interview letters from nvc. What s happening?

We got a RFE and it stated that we needed additional documents including the original of my wedding certificate, they indicated that it looks fake and may be altered.

the marriage was conducted in Benin city local govt registry. Pls advise me what to do, attached is the letter from Uscis and my marriage certificate.
