US Immigration from Bangladesh

Hey everyone! I already filed my I-130 application for my husband, however, I did not include an affidavit for bona fide marriage because I just submitted my marriage certificates and notaries. Is it still acceptable for me to submit it now, and does it have to be handwritten or just typed up?

Following up from this about PCR DNA test:

RFE location: USCIS CA (WAC12xxx..) for F3, deadline Oct 24

Two facilities (from the AABB accredited list) in USA said for the beneficiary - the petitioner living in USA can do it through a clinic but the beneficiary needs to schedule with the Dhaka embassy. The DHK embassy definitely has huge backlog (closed for 5 months).

Does anybody know of any company that can collect DNA for beneficiary through any clinic or facilities in Bangladesh and not only through the DHK embassy ?

We have received a RFE from USCIS (I-130 for F3) for secondary evidence as birth certificate is issued 30+ years after birth. The secondary evidence they are asking are hard, or even impossible. They also mentioned voluntary DNA test.

However, the AABB accredited (43 of them) sites from PCR DNA test are not anywhere close to where out beneficiary lives (Bangladesh). Closest ones are Philippines, Hong Kong and China.

So, how can we still do DNA test? Does the beneficiary need to travel to those sites in person? Any other option for DNA test?

I did not see a thread for February 2020 filers. Anyone else? Filed July 19th. And so it begins...

I have filled i130 online for my spouse back in January. I can anytime see the whole application and form and I do not see any i-130a with i-130. Do we need to send i-130a paper format as well even if we have filled i-130 online? My spouse is in f1 category right now case f2a.
