US Immigration from Bangladesh

Hope you all doing well. I have question regarding filling up information about "travel outside of USA in last 5 years". I am applying for wife's citizenship after 3 years for conditional resident. last 5 year count from 2016. She travel quite few countries while she was studying in Europe between 2015-2017 but she did not received green card during that time. Now i am trying to figure out how to input that information. should i only include travel information after she become resident or everything during last 5 years. any help will be appreciated. thanks

I am a U.S. citizen bringing my sister and her family (F4 Visa). The DS-260 asks for the civil documents. The issue is I submitted the DS-260 according to the passport. My sister's Bangladeshi passport has our father's name on it. The father's name is missing two initials. So it's supposed to be: "S.M. first name, last name." But the passport is missing the "S.M" part.

However, on both of our birth certificates and her National ID has the "S.M" is there. On the marriage certificate, the "S.M" is not there.

Therefore, on the DS-260 online application (which I submitted), I forgot to add the "S.M" since I was filing it out based on the passport, which do not have these intials. Our father passed away when I was an infant, so I made this silly mistake.

What should I do? I cannot change the passport, since I already submitted the passport's ID # and expiry date on the DS 260. What should I do? Will this be an issue, even though the 2nd given name and last name is the same?

We are filing the F4 sibling visa. For the principal beneficiary's father's name, I forgot to put initials (which goes before the first name) on the DS-260. So the name is supposed to be A.K _firstname_ _lastname_.

I forgot the A.K., in this case. In the passport and birth certificates, the father's name has "A.K." in it. Will this be an issue? And how do I change the mistake on the DS-260?
