US Immigration from Bangladesh

I am currently filling up form i-864 and i have filed taxes for 2020 but not 2019 or 0218. Along with form i-864, do I need to provide explanation as to why I didnt file in those 2 years. I didnt earn enough in those 2 years which is why i didnt apply in 2018 or 2019. Thanks in advance

I mailed my tax return pretty late (approximately 1 month back) and my tax refund has not been processed yet. Should i submit tax return as my financial document for the spousal visa process or should I wait for my tax refund to be processed and then submit the tax transcript? Which one would be faster? I know nvc processes tax transcripts faster than other documents.

My spouse's name has an hyphen (-) in it. When filling out the DS-260 form in the CEAC website, the website is not accepting my Spouse's surname because of the hyphen. Her surname in her passport also contains the hyphen. What to do in this situation?

Do they require that the medical CD be shown during POE? My husband had an interview and the security there opened the CD package. Will it be okay since its been opened? Or should we try to get another one?
