US Immigration from Bangladesh

I am a green card holder(US permanent resident) and my spouse is/was a F1 student. Her i130 was approved 9 months ago. But we have not filed for her adjustment of status yet. She was going to pursue a higher degree in the same university after her graduation in May. Her university did not notify her that she needs to update the i20 within 60 days as a result she is out of status now for one month. Her university is advising her to apply for reinstatement. But to decide that we need to know if we can still file for her adjustment of status(i485) at the same time or should we wait for one or the other? Can anyone please suggest the best way to get out of this deep trouble or share their insight into the situation?

Anyone knows how long supervisor review takes?

So my case is expedited June 4th and DQed Aug 6th.

They haven't transferred my case, after multiple calls, they put it under supervisor review on Aug 17th.

Contacted embassy, no help. I see other expedited case gets transferred in few days after DQ.

My uncle covered my father's and mother's IV fees. He simply refuses to cover my IV fee. Why? I'm not sure. He advised my parents that once they have their green card, they should apply for me [F2B visa]. It's pointless to argue with him since he refuses to listen. My parents are completely unaware of the immigration procedure. They told my uncle to take care of everything. Documents qualified in January 2021, as you can see. Is there any hope for me? How am I going to get out of this situation now? I don't want to wait for an F2B visa for 6-7 years.

My husband had an interview last month and was told he was approved and everything was okay, they even kept his passport. We got an email for a 2nd interview and CEAC says refused, I am so confused. My husband's medical expires in September, he needs his passport to do another medical. Any advice?

I recently submitted the form i-864 along with my recent tax return and w-2. I did not file taxes in the previous 2 years because i was not earning in those 2 years and i provided an explanation for that. However there is a checkbox beside item 25 stating " I was not required to file a federal income tax return as my income was below the IRS required level and I have attached evidence to support this" . I DID not check this box thinking i didnt need to as i filed tax return in the most recent year. NOw that i think about it, this could be a potential mistake. Is there anything i could do about it? what could be the potential consequences for this?
