Greetings to All,

This is my first post ! I am LPR; will be able to apply for citizenship later this year. I am originally from Bangladesh. I was married on the first day of 2022. It was family-arranged marriage (typical of sub-continent) and it was according to islamic method. Due to my work, I had to return to USA. I want to apply I-130 online for my wife now. What do you think?

After I apply I-130, I am thinking to ask my wife to apply for Visitor/tourist visa. If unsuccessful, then might thought of F1 visa category. What do you think?

Cr1 Expedite Case Interview Documents

Hi there

my cr1 interview is in about two weeks. But right now I am confused about the additional documents that I can include in files for the interview day. I have collected all the documents according to the usual guidelines. But since it s an expedite case on medical case I have included the doctors reference letters and expedite email approval in my files. If anyone can suggest what other documents can I include in my file would be really helpful. Also if I should follow any sequence for documents while arranging my file for the interview day.

Hi guys, I am filling out a I-134 Affidavit of Support form. I have bit confusion, hope someone can clarify this.

On Part 3, Q#10a to 21 is for listing dependent persons

Q# 22a to 25 is for listing persons that I have provided affidavit of support

Q#26a to 37 is for listings persons that I have applied petition to USCIS for

Now consider this scenario, I applied for my parents and they came to U.S. about 12 years ago. Now they are my dependent.

So I listed my Mother and Father on 10a & 14a as dependent. Now I also submitted affidavit of support for them during their interview 12 years ago. So I suppose I need to list them again on 22a and 24a? And since I was the one who applied for their USCIS petition, so I need to list them yet again on 26a & 30a?

Is that correct approach?

We got married in 2018 and I got interviewed in US Embassy Dhaka this year January but case stuck in administrative Process since then. Today my wife is dead due to Covid what should I do now?

Wife Is in hospital and IR1 case is in AP since January- 2021

My wife is an US citizen by birth , also the petitioner of our case she is in hospital with low Oxygen level with high of sugar level, In these crucial situations please help me to give suggestions what is the possible thing i could do at this Moment as my interview date was January 19th 2021 at Dhaka Us Embassy Bangladesh. Visa officer he will contact me very soon but its seems they forgot about this case since then same reply from embassy to wait. She is admitted in a hospital in her local area my Mother in Law her only local guardian who is currently out of city due to her work.

In this Crucial Situation Please help me to get some advice for that . IT'S URGENT, let me know if anything needs to be provided.

i have called and email the US embassy Dhaka but they are saying to wait . Can you Believe embassy saying this at this Emergency situation......!!!!
