did my interview today. The officer didn t ask for any of my documentation didn't ask for any new evidence because he said that uploaded more than enough when we filed didn't asked me any questions and said he need to speak to supervisor regarding our application so he couldn t give me an answer yet, just wondering how long after an interview before you get a decision

Hi there I have spoken to an immigration lawyer but I want to make sure what he said was correct because I m reading conflicting information!

he has said I can come on my tourist visa marry within 2 months of being there than apply for the cr1 petition and that I was legally aloud to stay in the US Whilst this happens? Is that true?

also my fianc is in prison, so how does the sponsorship work with this process ?

thank you :)

good day we have our interview scheduled for June. Unfortunately, my husband is incarcerated and will not be able to make the interview when we file for our paperwork. We included the part of the policy where it said waivers for incarcerated petitioners, and we include evidence of his incarceration obviously he can t attend the interview. What do I do, please help

Hi - My N400 interview went well and my oath ceremony is scheduled for next month. The officer during my N-400 interview told me I need to bring my current (foreign) passport to the Oath Ceremony.

Did anyone else also experience & hear this from their officer during their interview? I want to confirm that my current (foreign) passport will not be taken from me at the Oath Ceremony. Thank you!
