Hi everyone, our case finally in the approved stage, waiting for our NVC case number. I was wondering would I be able to choose which embassy/consulate to give the interview in. There s option of melbourne, Sydney and Perth. I was wondering if any of them is faster than the other in terms of appointment times. Where would I be able to find that and if it s possible to choose where to take the interview in. I currently live in melbourne. thank you for your time.

Hi, I was wondering if there s any glitch or is this normal. Normally all other service centres have citizens date one year ahead of green card holders, my wife recently became a citizen. And we got married in 2019 September. And looking at the wait times, I m just feeling a lot discouraged. Wait time 3 years even for citizens. I m not sure what to do now. -

Hi All! I am planning on applying for citizenship soon, and I noticed the processing times for N-400 right now can be quite long. I have just under 2 years left on my GC, but I wondered if anyone has a source for information regarding working if CG expires but N-400 is still being processed? Thanks for any input!

So, got married to my partner in July, based on my k1 visa. Took months to get marriage certificate from County. Infact, got the certificate AFTER priority date, im still within my 180 days of incuring unlawful presence however, we are filling AOS this week, just finalising paperwork, since we married within the 90 days and im in America, are we doing this the correct way of filling AOS or is there something else we have to do?
