US Immigration from Algeria

So me and my fiancee met online september 2023, we became official on january 2024 and met for the first time in Algiers september 2024 only for a week. I am from Algeria and he s moroccan who was born in the US, spent his first 18 years in Morocco then went back to the US, which means that we speak the same dialect (darija) and have the same culture and religion. Also we are both 23 years old. When he visited me in Algeria he got to meet my family (mother, sister and cousins), our families spoke on a videocall right when he went back home from his visit to talk about how to meet to officialize the engagment in a traditional way which is not gonna happen until february 2025. We have no evidence of engagment (no engagment ring, proposal or engagment party) yet, however we have plenty of pictures together and pictures of our parents facetiming each other. He doesn t have any financial problems or criminal record (me neither). Is this good enough or would we need more proof ?

Our background: My husband came to the United States on a K1 visa a year ago. We are married and he is a permanent resident now.

He recently got a part time job. (It took awhile for someone to give him a chance so this is his best option at the moment.) However, being part time, he does not receive any benefits with this job. He needs health insurance. I get my insurance through my state which is Oregon s Medicaid. I have always been under the impression that he is not suppose to be on any type of government aid. That he is essentially 100% my responsibility.

Is this true regarding Medicaid? Or is it allowed for him to join Medicaid?

If the petitioner (US Citizen) was previously married, reportedly they need to provide their divorce certificate.

Should this go with their Affidavit of Support optional documents (even though it's not AOS or financial related) since it's the petitioner's former marriage? Or should it go under the immigrant/applicant's side with their civil documents?
