I am in the process of K1 fiance visa. I attended the interview on octobre 2018 and I was denied due to 5 years bar resulted from my removal from the airport. The consular officier found me inadmissible under the section 212 (a) (9) (A)(I) and asked me to apply for the I 212 waiver. We applied for the I 212 waiver and unfortunately after a long waiting time (16 months) the waiver was denied. My bar will ends in octobre 2022. My question is does my inadmissibility erases by the end of my 5 years bar and The I 212 will be no more required. If so, will the embassy contact us to resume our case or we should do something else. I appreciate your interaction with this topic.

Hello, I hope you're all doing well. Can you please help me ? Im preparing the intent to marry and I have questions :

- Do I type my name at the bottom, type the date, print then wet sign or Do I print it then write my name, date it (at the bottom) using a pen and wet sign it? ( Please find attached below two examples)

My joint sponsor is married and file taxes jointly.My joint sponsor makes well over the minimum income to sponsor my husband. I have heard from a couple lawyers saying that the joint sponsor s wife is not required to be a sponsor household member.

Have any of you tried using one spouse as a joint sponsor and not the other? And what was your response from NVC when you tried?

Who has recently received an interview date from US Paris Embassy? CR1 or K1.

Please I would like to know how long you waited from NVC to Interview date .

Hello everyone,

I am a US citizen and On December 2020, I sent an I-129F application in order to bring my fianc to the states. On March 2021 we got married. Is it possible to amend that I-129F petition to a I-130 petition since USCIS still didn't open the case yet?

Any advice will be very appreciated.
