  1. Hi there - my fiance and I are working on filling in the I-134 and have the same question as above regarding the 'income contribution to beneficiary' column. I was just wondering whether OP or anyone else had found further information on what this amount should be? The wording is quite confusing, but currently. I'm leaning towards including total income under the 'self' row, even though that amount will obviously not be 'paid' to my beneficiary, but shared amongst the household. Thank you!!
  2. Hello - my fiancé and I are planning for his visa interview scheduled for next month and want to ensure there are no issues about his being able to demonstrate sufficient financial support. We both live in the UK and have sufficient savings on our own in the UK but as we don’t have US source income/assets have also asked my dad to fill in an I-134. Should we each also fill one in (would there be any harm in having multiples?) or sufficient to just also have all of our financial info as support under the one I-134 from my dad?
  3. Thanks for your response - yes I did and she gives me the same options as the website and tells me to call the number that then directs me back to the website.
  4. Hi everyone - I am a US petitioner and live in the UK with my British fiance beneficiary. I filed the I-129F petition back in April 2022 and listed our UK address on the forms (and we since received the NOA1 at that address), however we've now moved (still in the UK) and I would like to change my mailing address to ensure we receive future letters from USCIS. The online change of address form on the USCIS website doesn't seem to accommodate foreign addresses - there is no field for country and requires a US state. I tried calling the contact number to try to update over the phone but the automated system sent me in loops then hung up when I requested to speak to a representative. Anyone know what the best option is? Looks like I could mail in a paper Form I-865 (Sponsors change of address), but I don't think I'm yet considered a sponsor since we haven't filed that form as our case is still with USCIS. I could also update the mailing address to my parent's address in the US, but wasn't sure if this would look odd when our application was reviewed as our application states we both reside in the UK. Any advice much appreciated:)
