So I randomly checked my I-751 status, and on the 27th of September was approved! I’m so happy, and relived that I don’t have to think and deal with this anymore. I wish a speedy and smooth journey to you all! ❤️
just the whole process is so weird, i don't understand why they leave us in a limbo without an ID but whatever lets not think about it and lets hope that everything will go fast and smooth for us all!
This is what i was thinking yep, im not even going to attempt, when i present my greencard most people think is a military ID where i live, they are pretty much clueless lol.
I will just use my passport i guess, thankyou!
Hi Guys, i was wondering if anybody has successfully obtained a state ID with an expired greencard + extension letter?
I don't have a state id i have only used the green card (i am self employed and work from home), but just to be safe in case i might need an ID and to make things easier maybe a state ID is a good idea i believe.
If anybody has done it what is the process? Was it easy?
Thankyou
Update to my Case:

Nebraska Service Center
9/6 Package delivered
9/9 Sms confirmation of case received
9/12 money order cashed

Does that mean that my case is being reviewed or just like this for everycase?
Ok great Thankyou, I’ll take the opportunity to also send them our newly joint health insurance, since we are finally getting the cards next week, I guess more is always better! Then beside this I really sent out all what we had 😂
So I just realized that I forgot to add the marriage certificate, is that necessary? Don’t they do have a copy already for the aos? Should I send it as additional evidence?
My money order was just cashed out!

It's nice to see that at least preliminary things are moving fast!
I agree, I think 2 years of transcripts are important and especially a joint bank account to show shared finances, and utility bills that show both names living at the same address, credit cards are a plus imo
Yeah I agree it’s for sure a good sign, I was more wondering about the center itself, I was reading around that the Texas center was the best in terms of processing times?
