5/30/06 Mailed I-129F to NSC

6/9 NOA1

6/30 IMBRA RFE rec'd and sent back to CSC

9/7 NOA2

10/6 File sent to NVC

10/18 File sent to embassy

11/14 Medical

12/6 Interview - visa approved

12/28 Visa issued

2/1/07 Fiancé arrives in US

2/10 Married

AOS

3/27/07 Mailed I-485 to Chicago

3/30 I-485 delivered

4/5 NOA1

4/6 Check cashed

4/13 Biometrics notice rec'd

5/1 Biometrics

5/2 I-485 trx'd to CSC

We did not receive any notice that the petition was received at the NVC. Instead, we got a letter from the NVC saying that it will be forwarded to our home embassy within a week. If you want to know when and or if they have received your case, then you could call them.

K-1: Aug 12, 2006 to Jan 17, 2007 - mailed I-129F
AOS: Feb 26, 2007 - Jul 26, 2007
REMOVING CONDITIONS: May 4, 2009 - Oct 3, 2009
CITIZENSHIP: Nov 27, 2012 - May 9, 2013
Note: I immigrated from Canada, not T&T - the timeline is reflective of this.

PRESENT - IR-5 Story (reuniting a family)
I-130 for Parents - 2013
Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office for processing

Feb 26 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred to my local office for processing

Feb 28 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 18 - got emails saying that the petitions are approved smile.png

dang what if our case been forwarded already to the embassy this time.? I kept calling NVC but i can't get through.. i need to update the address of the beneficiary. Thanks

Vermont must send the pettitions quicker than CSC. I called last week and it was not there yet. I have not been able to get thought today.

I haven't even received the hard copy of the NOA2 yet. And the NVC does not have our case yet. Seems like CSC is waiting to send a batch - maybe at the end of the month?

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

You may be right. But that would be REALLY terrible. How long does it take to put a bunch of approvals in a box and ship them?
