hey all vj,

im very confused,i dont know what number to call so i can talk to a representative on VSC....all i get when i dial the number they gave me on the receipt is an automated system which tells me exactly what i have in my NO1....

im very frustrated because my case hasnt been touched since they put it in their system online 02/24/08 and knowing that other people who filed after us getting their approval so i just wanna know if they lost our case or throw it in the trash or what....hearing some news about ur case being touched from time to time wouldnt hurt but nothing,it just kills me....

anyway, if u have any other number that i can dial so i can talk to someone, plz, post it here, that would be very nice of u...thanks

There is no direct number to the Vermont Service Center only National Customer Service.

NOTE: USCIS can take up to 6 months or more to adjudicate petitions.

Vermont shows working on I-129F cases (K-3) filed last September, and I-130 cases (CR-1) filed last July. Calling them and talking to an operator will result in them telling you to wait until 30 days past the date posted on this page:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtim...eviceCenter=VSC

So unless you filed the I-129F last August, there is no point in calling them.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

We filed I-130 In October 18th 2007 got NOA1 in Jan 14th 2008 for this

We had to wait because the backlog to File I-129F until Jan 18th 2008 and got NOA1 for this 22nd Jan 2008

Last touch for I-130 was 6th March 2008

Last touch for I-129F was 24th Feb 2008

We still have no Approval and yes like u we have seen others that filed well after us, have approval already

So not fair but i am happy for all those that get approvals cause this is a terrible wait !

My husband called USCIS and talked with immigration Officer last week and he told my hubby that we should be adjudicated or approved April or May, still a long time we been waiting. I wish we could get approval and then i can plan a bit better for when i go to London :)

Fingers crossed it will happen soon :)

Good luck and let us know what the outcome is of your call to USCIS

We are at Vermont Service Centre too

Michelle :) ( K3 filer)

There is no point of calling VSC, they will just tell you what you've already known. You just have to accept the fact that VSC is a black hole and hopefully one day it will spit out your approval mail.

I got my I-130 NOA1 at 2/6 and last updated on 2/24 (due to address change). Still no NOA2 yet so you are definitely not alone.

Just so you have an idea, I am still one, and MANY before me, that have not received their NOA2. I filed mid-OCtober- we have been waiting +180 days so I know it is easier to say, but patience/driving oneself crazy is only thing that we can do- better to chose patience, no?

 Good luck
