I need some help. We tried to pay the IV bill online. And it was rejected once, we tried to pay it again and I think it will be rejected again, because we get this message after we attempted to pay it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The U.S. Department of State's online Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center has been utilized to pay the fees associated with the immigrant visa application of PRINCIPAL APPLICANT NAME NOT FOUND. Your copy of the receipt is attached to this email in a PDF file.

Question: Does anybody have any ideas?

And another thing Principal Applicant is a person who is getting an immigration visa, which is me and a petitioner is my husband who applied I-130 for me?

We are going to call NVC tomorrow, but if you know what is going on please post here!

Did they generate the bill FIRST before you tried to pay it? If they hadn't generated the bill yet, it's too early to pay...you can't jump that far ahead of the actual issue date...now if they DID generate the bill already, then I think you should definitely contact NVC to find out what's going on. Good luck either way!

You first need to send DS-3032 to them by email or mail when they generate that.

Not true, once you call NVC and the message gives you a NVC case number, you can call and talk to an operator and ask for the IIN number. I got my IIN number 2 weeks ago and paid the AOS fee that day, my wife then sent the email in leiu of the DS-3032... then today, I was able to pay the IV fee online.

Sent I-130 to TSC

Received NOA1 from CSC with a date of 8/15/06

I-130 petition approved 4/16/2008 after 19 months.

Got IIN from NVC 5-13-08

Paid AOS fee online 5-14-08, Paid IV Fee online 5-27-08

Sent I-864 forms 5-27-08

Sent DS-230 forms 5-28-08

6-2-08 called NVC and msg says "received all information,processing will take 4-6 weeks"

6-13-08 called NVC, CR1 is complete, sent RFE for CR2. returned to NVC, waitn on result

6-26-08 case complete/approved. Waiting to be transferred to U.S. Embassy in Guangzhou, China for interview date

7-7-08 Petition forwarded to Guanzhou, China. Awaiting interview letter.
