if your wearing a badge MAYBE, but your not, so shoot them and your going down too

It's hard to imagine how the altercation took place, how quickly it happened, who struck whom, etc. All I'm saying is that calling these teens savages while thinking the woman and her boyfriend are innocent victims is presumptuous. It's easy to get a knee jerk reaction without knowing exactly what took place.

Given that Baltimore is among the worst cities in the country for violent crime - I’m not sure “appropriate” is really the right word for judging this incident. It may simply be 'typical'.
