Apparently mine's still sitting on a pallet in California, and will be sent to the NVC "some time"....

2 weeks for K1's to NVC......after NOA2...Then 2 weeks for Embassy arrival. At least that was ours to Manila.

We got our manila case number MNL2007833...just waiting for packet 4 from NVC.

For ours... it's really, really, really so frustrating especially every time I'll check the Immigration Timelines and noticed that those who got their petition approved after our NOA2 already are making progress towards the interview.

I just made a call to NVC 5 minutes ago and was able to talk to an operator and I was informed that they haven't received our case yet from CSC. As in what the ****...:-( It's been 5weeks and 4days already. Our NOA2 was October 29 and gosh, where's our case now? We waited months for NOA2, now do we need to wait another months for NVC to receive it? It's so freakin drivin us nuts...:-( Sorry, I just can't help it...:-(

I was asked by the NVC representative when we had our NOA2. I told her the date and that it has been more than 5weeks already. Then she said that they'll make action only after 90 days... As in WHAT????

I'm really wondering how come that those petitions accepted after October 29 are already forwarded and received at NVC. Where is ours? Jumped out of the box? :-(

There seems to be a shipment containing people's petitions who were approved between the 24th and 30th of October. This is just speculation based off what I've seen on VJ and what I've been told by NVC and the CSC. There's more than one "queue" that processes the petitions and prepares them to be sent to NVC. We are just on the slow queue. .. I chalk it up as bad luck..

Well, you can call the CSC and/or NVC every day (1-800-375-5283 Then hit 1,2,2,4,2,1 Then enter receipt number)... But that's really not going to help, and might make it even EASIER for us to lose our sanity in the wait.

I considered bribing the customer service person to just grab my petition and DHL it to NVC... but decided against it

I think I'll keep calling once or twice a week until I'll get the wonderful news. My fiance is doing that too. As in gosh, we're hoping we'll make progress before the end of December.

And please update us your progress. I will also post any progress with our case.

Ok, I feel really restless knowing that it’s more than 5weeks from our NOA2 date. And feeling more and more frustrated after calling NVC and still our case is not yet received. After “drowning” myself in frustration, I tried to check the timelines for the past months. I only check the time it took NVC to receive petitions from USCIS, particularly at CSC. I checked on the months of August, September, and October. I only noted the case which has the most number of days to get to NVC. So far, those who are approved in October (like us) and still waiting for petition to be received at NVC, are not part of the October data below.

So far, for the month of September, I found an entry which took 49 days to get to NVC. And there were cases in August which took 83 and 64 days to reach NVC. As in yeah, really a long wait.

Well now, I'm quite hopeful that ours is getting there already.... it's just taking a few twist and turns.

And yes, I'm just trying to find some reasons to quit torturing ourselves from this long wait. :-)

You guys and me and mine we approved the same day....and hopefully NVC gets our applications the same day. I had not heard the bit about people who were approved between Oct 24 and 30 all having this same problem. Sucks. I did notice of course that people approved after us have already made it to NVC and been forwarded on to their embassies...
