-can we fill out forms on puter and we write in hands just the letters of intent

-we knew the fees are 455$,so does she need to put the check in the packet i mean with forms and they just cash it

-how long should we wait till we get first NO1,and be sure they have received our petition.

-can we know what kind of profs did you send guys with the applications,we can send photos, rings receipts, and prrofs that she been here twice and soon in May it will be her 3rd time.

so please we will apperciate your help ,untill we prepare some othes qiuestions hahahaha ,J/k i have a humour ,well good luck all and welcome us hahaha.

- I typed everything possible, including the letters of intent (we just signed them). I figured it would be easy to read, keep copies on my computer, ect...

-The fee is included in the packet with everything else. I think a check is better with the way things are going now so that you will know when they enter your application into the system (hard to track a money order).

-The NOA1 is taking a really long time right now, I would check in the K-1 visa forum for that answer.

-I am the wrong person to ask about evidence, as I submitted the min. and looking back on it after joining this forum, I am suprised it worked out so well. Every case is different... Casa is a very difficult consulate, so more is better I guess. Hopefully someone else will be along soon to answer this one

While we have no proof, there are many of us who suspect that the consulate in Casa largely makes up its mind rearding approval or denial from the information submitted as evidence to USCIS for the K-1 petition. because of this, I suggest submitting slightly more info than required on the I-129.

Include boarding passes, photos etc of each visit. I also included some phone and email records (a small amount showing a range of time since meeting and filing).

Though many will tell you this is not necessary at the first stage and can be submited during the inteview, a strong application to USCIS will be viewed by CASA before the actual interview and could make a difference on how the interview proceeds.

I agree with MBP. Some here submitted only the required documentation with the I129, thinking they would get to submit their other proof at the interview. Then they were denied at the consulate based on 'not enough proof' when the fiance had the proof in their hands but the CO wouldn't look at it. Also address any red flags you have in a letter that you include with your petition. For a list of red flags see the red flags thread somewhere on this forum.

I just wanted to add in my welcome to you for joining VJ. You'll find some very helpful information here. Don't forget to check out the example forms, just click on the blue tab above. The required proof for the I129 is that you have met within the last two years, so be sure to a few pictures of your two together. We also included my boarding passes and the copies of the stamps in my passport. The instructions for the form are really clear. I would include a check so that you can see it when it is cashed. As to the NOA1, each service center is different; as each case and interview is handled differently in Casablanca. I didn't find this forum until after we had filed in 2004 and we made it. It's a great site for information. Good Luck on your journey.

send proof of her trip, pictures showing you together and some with the family if possible, some phone records, some email, some chat records, letters, cards etc, did you have engagement ceremony? signed letters of intent, the one form you will need to sign in arabic, as u mentioned both will attach individual pictures, maybe a short introduction letter addressing any problems you know of ahead of filing. Anything and everything you can think of because they seem to only go by the filing they will have in front of them at the interview. Alot of times they do not look at much of the evidence you will bring with you to the interview. Some have included both birth certificates some only the petitioners. Everything needs to be translated if necessary

The form for support is not needed now, i do remember having a letter from my work, my bank etc, if she has been divorced will need those copies. I will add moreif i can remember and also be sure to make complete copies of the entire application (in case lost in mail) and also you need a copy for yourself to (study) as this will prob be where alot of the questions at interview will come from

Good luck,

Good luck,

thank you very much for the explaination ,i just wanna add something ,most of the proof of our relationship that we have so far and that they are supposed to be submitted with the petition are with her now in states ,i was wondering what i should send from here that is mine and you have answered this,i appercaite it thanks and you have added more ...just one more thing so far we dont have a phone record ,but today she added internationl calls on her cell,my Michelle said its like 50/60 cent for a minute which is expensive as well as she said ,but i worth it i guess hahahahahaha ,anway we cant submitt phone record with petition but during interview we will be able to ...wonderfing if it would look bad upon us we will have phone record only since a month before petition was sent to Service ...before we used to talk ..but i was using some Internet programs to call her or put money on my sim card sometimes which is expensive here in Morocco ...and she used to call me of course but she said she had to dial a number or something then they put credit on her cell ,stuff like this so ...real phone record would be from today till interview date i hope it would look fine .

sincerly Ahmed ....i would be happy if i can keep in touch with Morrocan Fiancées that are already with their spouses like Rachid if Possible you can Pm me and of course i will come here update and learn more about the site ,thanks all .
