Hi there

Can anyone quickly tell me. Am I filling out a g325a for my daughter as well as myself in the AOS process? Or just for me.

I have the AP and EAD for both of us and the rest of the paperwork mostly completed, but seems to me I should be doing a g325a for her too.

You're filing a separate I-485 for your daughter (for a total of 2 I-485 forms, and a check for $2020), right?

For each one I-485, you'll need a G-325A. So yes, fill one out for you, and fill another one out for your daughter.

Timeline:

2005-04-14: met online

2005-09-03: met in person

2007-02-26: filed for K-1

2007-03-19: K-1 approved

2007-06-11: K-1 in hand

2007-07-03: arrived in USA

2007-07-21: got married, yay!

2007-07-28: applied for green card

2008-02-19: conditional green card in hand

2010-01-05: applied for removal of conditions

2010-06-14: 10-year green card in hand

2013-11-19: applied for US citizenship

2014-02-10: became a US citizen

2014-02-22: applied for US passport

2014-03-14: received US passport

Ahh, thank you. Yes...when you refer to it as 2 separate packages, totally makes sense.

Yes, sadly the fee will be $2020 :( Big fat sigh

1 additional question for anybody....

I can send in both my daughter's and my forms together in the same envelope that I mail? Would hate to 'confuse' them any more then usual
