I noticed on the timeline that there were 2 NOA2s on 12-2-07. Is there someone actaully working sundays at VSC? I've seen a few random saturday or sunday approvals on the timeline before, but they were always single events with only one approval, so I assumed it was a mistake in typing or that's when the person first learned that NOA2 was issued.

It is amazing how VSC is moving now though! They already have 3 approvals for today and nothing from CSC yet.

I don't know about Sundays but I was approved on a Saturday. They sent us an email on Monday 19th November to say that we had been approved on 17th November. It looks like they work at weekends but no emails go out until the following Monday morning.

Timeline

I got an email this morning stating that I was approved on December 2, 2007. I was surprised too, but overtime is overtime. And considering I was at 167 days and hadn't ever been even touched, they may be working mandatory overtime to catch up a bit on our cases that were going outside of the 6 month window. I think that if they look at you and send you an RFE then you don't count as going over the 6 month window, but if they've never even looked at your case, then they fail their processing "promises" (since there's no actual law that they have to provide good customer service and finish reviewing cases in a timely manner).
