A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Then he would be welcomed as a valuable resident in America.

Who appointed you head of the welcoming committee?

I welcome the guy as a valuable resident today, regardless of his status.

He isn't a resident. He is a illegal alien. You may welcome him but not as a resident. He needs to go home and do it right.

You're going to tell me how I am allowed to welcome people? He lives in the US, I welcome him as a resident.

So you write the laws now? Sorry, I didn't know you could rule by decree.

:bonk: read the story. he's back in mexico. ergo, he does not live in the usa.

He said that even though his trip was thwarted, he is glad to be back home and wishes Christopher the best. "I hope he has a good life," he said.

Cordova said he wanted to come to the United States to earn money to feed his four children, who live with their mother, and help support his girlfriend's three children. "I have two families, many mouths to feed," he said.

I am going to ask that we DON'T turn this into an illegal immigration thread. That would be a real shame, so don't. At the end of the day this bloke did save this little boy's life and he'd, in turn, just lost his Mum. Have some respect for the situation and give respect where respect is due. Thanks.

And the kitchen has run out of popcorn so no more eating in here, please. I've also not emptied the hoover for a few days and it's not picking up all the little annoying bits that never make it to your mouths. Thanks. :D
