We went to get DH a state ID yesterday and after handing over his passport for proof of ID, we realized his I-94w is missing! Why would she have took it at his interview?! It was stapled in the book and we had it when we went to our interview Nov 6th. Since then we haven't needed it so it was still in the envelope we took with us. So it wasn't until yesterday that we knew it was gone. Did anyone else get theirs removed?! Now DH can't get his ID OR drivers license without it.

If you were approved, they pretty much always take it.

That's just bad luck for you then unfortunately... as stated above, it's normal for the inspector at the interview to take the I-94 away.

ahh ok. Well it doesn't really matter now b/c after reading the BMV website, they should have given him the ID since we showed his work permit. I called to double check and I'm right so we have to make another trip to the bmv.
