Until now I am still trying to fill -out the forms the consulate sent me. Last night, I notice DS-230 Part I, Biographic Data. included in the packet. Is this an error on their part of sending me this form because I am a k1 applicant which falls under Immigrant Visa type. Or this is really intended for me to fill it out too?

Unless the K1 process in Manila has changed recently . It was a mistake you receiving the DS 230.

You just should have got the DS 156, DS 156K and maybe the DS 157.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

K-1 is technically a Non-Immigrant Visa.

We processed in India we had to fill out all the forms you mentioned above in your original post. We also had to fill out DS 230 Part 2 but signed only in front of the officer in the consulate.
