Hello Everyone :)

Our petition was approved Oct. 25, 2007 And USCIS Forwarded it to NVC Nov. 7, 2007. We are still getting touches from USCIS (Oct. 26, 2007) & (Nov 15, 2007). Why is it still getting touched??

Also, NVC has NOT received the approved petition yet  Ithink the holidays doesn't help either

Thanks...

Some cases get double checked before they are forwarded to the NVC, to make sure the adjudicator made no mistakes.

Completely agree that it is normal. Your case could also be touched just to be moved into a "Staging Area" waiting to be sent out to NVC, and could be touched again on the day that it is forwarded to the NVC. Our case shows the last touched 2 days after it was sent to NVC.
