Ok got a question for you members that have gone thru this K1 process . My Fiance was living in Ho Chi Minh City she was a student when we met she was attending a university for english. I put her address on the I 129 as her living in Ho Chi Minh in a rent house because we were not sure if she was going to School again this year or go back home to her household were she has lived and says she lives on paper. She decided to go back home so now packet 3 is being sent to her rent home. She has some students from her class still living there that are going to look for the packet. Do you Members see any red flags about this . Thanks Eric and An

Hey Eric,

I don't know why you didn't get a reply form someone here on this subject. I ran into the same problem with my fiancee. She had moved from her house because of some family problems and moved in with friends of her church. As you we were worried, not only with packet 3 but with packet 4and delivery of the visa. I'm not sure of your time line with med exam and interview but I would request a early med exam and get packet 3 from the clinic. I would also suggest that you type up a letter stating the change in her address and fax it signed by you the petitioner to your fiancee's embassy. I would call them and let the immigrations unit at the embassy know of the change to her address and who to address the letter to. I hope this information helps you. I had asked the same question to all and this is the direction they gave me. Have a good day and best wishes on the rest of your journey.

Jim and Mercy
