I have never been on hold with them that long. Every time I called I was either transferred to voicemail or sent back to the switchboard. Whenever I called I asked for the Consular section and always got through. I never asked for USC services.

I tried both ways zee. At first I couldnt get through at all. Thats why i stayed on as long as that. I figured it was normal and I might not reach through that far again.

I've been on hold for that long. I think the guy was annoyed with me because the first time he answered the phone, heard my question, tried to give me a bogus answer that I didn't accept, and then he hung up on me. When I called back he put me on hold and left me there.

Thats pretty messed up. I tried calling today but couldnt get through, but they answered my email. They are processsing the k3. So, at least I know. Do you think they still might get the I-130? Has anyone every switched from the k3 to the I-130 with the embassy?
