Looks good to me.

For I-485 it is based on K-1 visa, and I-765 used code (c )(9 ) based on pending I-485.

Looks good, but I have a suggestion. Why don't you include the I-131 Application for Advanced Parole? It's cost is included in the $1010 fee, so it won't cost you any more money. Your wife may feel that she has no intentions to leave the USA before she gets her GC, but "sh*t happens" and you never really know how long it will take for her GC to arrive.

I would recommend also completing an I-131 application and sending in the required documentation for that along with your I-485 application and I-765 application. And of course, including that extra information on your cover letter.

I got stuck on the part in the AP app that asks for a specific date/reason. How do you fill that form out if you don't have a specific date / reason?

Ok, so I''ve read on this site that no specific date needs to be given. Could the reason for AP be simply:

"I would like to visit my parents in the Philippines while my AOS is being processed"

Thanks!

I filled in 'unknown at this time" for date of travel, and "I have an elderly father at home with health concerns; I wish to be able to travel upon a moment's notice if I need to return to Canada for emergency purposes" for purpose. Stating you "have family outside of the US and wish to be able to travel to be with them for important family occasions or in case of emergencies" should be fine.
