ok i talked to the hr manager, he told me that that's not a definitive thing, they're still working things out, to something more favorable for me..

probly I'll still have to pay something back I guess, but at least they know I won't freaking take that bs

what they are doing is the math to figure out how much it will cost for them to pay for an attorney when they get sued :P

For one week's pay? Not even a small claims suit.

not if he gets the department of labor involved...... :whistle:

ahh not that fast..

now they said that i have to options, pay those 4 days back, 1 day at at time per paycheck, or take those 4 days off my next years 2 week vacations...

i was expecting something like this... now i'll see if they let me mix it.. take 2 days from the paychecks and only 2 days from my next year vacations..

but i guess i don't have much of an option if i wanna keep working here lol

ahh not that fast..

they can't make up their mind there can they? :huh:

my suggestion - defer it all until next year. get it in writing from them. and meanwhile hopefully they are so disorganized they will lose the paperwork :lol:
