And it's a looong!! 91 days. I found waiting for the interview date the most difficult. So it looks like you may be into July/August. Good luck!

Serendipity - it might not be nearly that long...

We just got our interview date!!!

June 2nd, 2009 - that's 6/2/09, only about 47 days (I didn't do exact math here - a bit too excited for that) after our case was done @ the NVC.

So excited. Please update my stats. Thanks!!! Good luck to all!!!

Hmmm... you can't always believe what you hear. Try calling once a week... Tuesdays and Fridays are good days to call. Mondays they play catch-up with everything that comes in over the weekend so that's why Tuesdays are good and Friday afternoons are good b/c then you'd have something celebrate that night if you find out on a Friday that you have an interview! ;)

Event Date

ROC

9/24/11 - Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

9/26/11 - NOA1 Receipt Date

9/28/11 - Check cashed

10/1/11 - NOA1 arrived in mail

3/19/12 - RFE

5/3/12 - RoC APPROVED!!!

I think Canada might be speeding up. According to our Senator's office there was a backlog in MTL due to "lack of staff"... hopefully the # of days wait until interview will go back down... the l  ast couple that got them seem to be! And Canada def is not ONLY scheduling the first 2 weeks anymore. They have been giving out interview dates any old time they feel like it (and as OBX mentioned even the day after being told to "call back next month")

I hope the wait time will come down, we haven't seen any sign of it yet here, except for one interview and that has happened before.

The scheduling continuing until later in the month - that has always happened.

But it used to be lower, then it went up to 100+ days, then back to 90's, then 80's... and the more recent ones are 70's... that's a good sign right??? That's 30 days!!!
