Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Me neither . . . at this point I'm assuming that Montreal has fallen behind even further and I won't see a December appointment. How it can end up taking them 3 months to get through the June case co

Please add my dates too. I just checked my status on the automated system at NVC and my case was completed on Nov 5, 2008.

Quick question for all...(I have not found this question anywhere...or just missed it.)

After you receive your CR-1 in your passport, and cross the US border. Do you have to wait for your Green Card to leave the country? Or can you re-enter on your CR-1 visa in your passport?

Hi Anthony,

Yes, you can use the visa in your passport until your Permanent resident card arrives. I crossed into Canada every day using it until my card came and had no problem.

:blink: Hey all, I just wanted to update you with my progress... I got the RFE letter... I knew that I would, I sent them what was missing before I got the checklist. :unsure: *sigh* I sent them the certified copy of the marriage certificate, but they are saying they don't have it. The lady I talked to sent it for supervisor review tonight. She said I could call at the end of next week... I don't know what to say... I will let you know when I know something and/or when my case FINALLY is complete! :wacko:

OBX- thanks! I read on another thread that someone got an interview date of Feb 25, so my question is are the interview appointments made by visa type? I was so happy to get the case complete and was thinking we'd possibly get a late Dec or Jan interview. Is it really possible we may not get one til the end of Feb or even March? :blink: My fingers are crossed and hoping for earlier! :thumbs:

If it is after March 15, then I wonder if we will get the 10 year green card instead of the 2 year one cuz our 2 year anniversary is March 15?
