Hey all!

I am getting a little worried about my wife's AP application. We received our receipt notice for her AOS, AP and EAD date August 31, 2007. A couple weeks later her EAD case was online at uscis.gov, but her AOS and AP are still coming up 'case not found' on the website. I am getting a little worried since we already paid for our trip back to Thailand for Christmas and New Year. We received a RFE for her AOS so we are pretty sure they have looked at her AOS package. We just have no idea about her AP which right now is the most important to us since we have a lot of money already put into our vacation next month.

So is this normal for the AP and AOS not to be found online but the EAD to be online? Should I be worried?

I mailed my I-130 and I-485 on the 27th July, received on 31st July. My I-485 can be accessed online but my I-130 cannot be found. I think there might be a few other people who can't access all their receipt numbers online, so I don't think you should be too worried.

However, I've heard of some people calling the mis-information line and manage to get through to an actual immigration officer, and they might be able to track it for you when you give them the receipt number. Worth a try.

Good luck.

On the USCIS website our AOS and EAD cases are online but not the one for the AP. I would imagine that it's pretty normal. You could always make an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office and see what they can tell you if nothing comes of the phone call.
