Denials

Just wondering out of curiosity. Does anyone know the percentage of denials on a K1 and what are they? I pressume top of the list is a fraud, criminal record etc. But what others is there. Does anyone know the facts on this?

Don't know of a denial percentage however lack of good evidence to proof a solid relationship exist between petitioner and beneficiary is typical a reason for denial.

Also, not having seen each other within the last two years prior to filing petition will result in rejection of K1 or RFE.
