I wonder what kinda requirements does the NVC will ask....

Do we have to send the Affidavit of Support to NVC??

What else is needed to send to NVC???

Hope to hear some answers....thank you.

NVC just assigns you a case number and sends your approved petition to the embassy. Then they send you a letter saying they forwarded your petition.

You don't send anything to them :no:

I think what you are seeing are people who are having a problem getting the approved cases to NVC and they have been told to send a copy of their NOA2.

The affidavit of support and everything else is needed at the interview.

Why the others are sending something to NVC?

You could be mistaking the CR1/IR1s who are sending info off to NVC. K1s do not need to send anything off to them, so hang tight. :)

Nini - Vancouver BC, Canada (she's the one who does the forum thing)

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

Getting our sanity tested by bureaucracy since 2007.

Removal of conditions @ VSC

9/4/2010 - sent!
