Hi,

I am ready to mail the forms for AOS, travel documents and work autorisations. We did not file for work autorisation before. We are planing to use my wifes new married name in all the documents as I understand that is the way to do it.

Plase review my cover letter with the list of documents we are sending. I would really appreciate all the comments and suggestions.

c. W-2 form

9. Fiancé Petition Approval Notice for I-129F

a. Marriage certificate

b. Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

10. Form I-131

a. Copy of passport pages with nonimmigrant photo and visa

b. 2 photos (name and A# printed on the back)

c. Copy of Form I-94(front and back)

11. Form I-765

a. Copy of passport pages with nonimmigrant photo and visa

3/13/07 - NOA-2 Actual Date

3/22/07 - Arived to NVC, BNK2007XXXXXX number issued

3/29/07 - Leter from NVC via snail mail: I-129F was approved on March 26 and forwarded to BKK Embassy

3/31/07 - Medical Exam

4/2/07 - Packet 3 Send to Embassy

4/30/07 - BKK Embassy posted our interview date JUNE 11

6/11/07 - INTERVIEW DATE

6/11/07 - Interview

6/13/07 - Receive Visa

7/31/07 - POE San Francisco

8/26/07 - Recieve SSN card

9/4/07 - Applied for CA ID

10/26/07 - Wedding

11/2/07 - Filed AOS, EOD, Travel

11/13/07 - Check Cashed

11/9/07 - NOA-1 actual date (AOS, EOD, Travel)

11/16/07 - NOA - 1 arrived via snail mail

11/24/07 - I-797C NOA for Biometrics arived via snail mail

12/13/07 - Biometrics Appointment

1/9/08 - Email 1: Travel documents (I 131) were approved and mailed on January 5, 2008. Email 2: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, Card production ordered on January 9, 2008

1/14/08 - Empoyment Card and Travel documents arrived in the mail.

5/6/08 - Interview in SF - APPROVED

2/24/10 - File I-751

4/1/10 - Biometrics Appointment

5/31/11 - Appled for Citizenship

not sure about K visa's when they adjust status, but we had to send pass 3 years worth of tax returns. otherwise looks good,

09/13/07 EAD card production ordered via Email (day 67)

09/24/07 EAD card received in mail

09/25/07 Applied for SSN

10/05/07 Received SSN

10/18/07 AOS Interview - APPROVED (day 92)

10/22/07 Email Received - Welcome Letter on it's way - Approved

10/24/07 Card production ordered

10/25/07 Welcome to US letter arrived

10/30/07 GREENCARD ARRIVED IN MAIL (day 114)

I will be sending my pay checks and tax return just like when we were getting her K-1 vise. They didn't have any problems then. I guess because my income is well above federal povery limits. Here in San Francisco Bay Area my income IS at the poverty level.

Looks good. We just followed the guide here on VJ and didn't even have an interview.
