hello everyone

I just returned from italy.. i am now wondering how long processing time is taking. i sent I-29f september 23.. they have not cashed check or sent me noa...

You might want to look at the processing times here on VJ or on the USCIS website.

It could take a while with NOA1,think it took me about a month back March and April of this year,be patient you will get it.

5-6 months for noa2 is just processing i take it not the final approval of visa?

Nope, then you have to wait for the interview.

First met in Canada, Sept 22, 2006 <3

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png

CLICK HERE for current Morrocco/California Service center time lines of other couples on VJ to see the length of time between NOA1 and an interview....

It looks like the whole process is taking around 6 months or so...based on other couples from Morrocco.

Well you cant really say how much long it will take,it took me 3 months to get my approval and 5 months until I had my Visa in my hand. My case was at CSC by the way.

That was also prior to the slow down. Things have changed.
