Anybody else see this on the USCIS site? I clicked the link to view processing times and saw the following text, after some page refreshes though it was gone and replaced with old text.

Advisory on Processing Times

In the past few months, USCIS has received a significant increase in the number of applications filed. As a result, processing times will likely become longer for applications filed after June 1, 2007.

USCIS is working hard to address the increased volume and will continue to provide additional information on application processing times as it becomes available. For more information, please see our Frequently Asked Questions on receipt delays.

Does this mean June and later filers have to wait longer than 6 months?????

I've already made no plans for a year. It only gets me angrier each time I check that site. They KNEW this would happen the minute they knew they were raising the fees. They could have planned for the increase in petitions and saved a lot of folks a lot of heartache.

What do they care? The slower they process, the more job security a lot of temps will get.
