G-325A

Ok I am getting conflicting information. When I filled out the G-325A for my foreign fiance, I checked at the bottom of the G-325A - Other - K-1 Visa. I was just reviewing the form on VJ and Naturalization is checked with I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance filled in under Other. So which is it?

I am going to be ticked if I have to redo this. Please help!

don't feel like the lone ranger there. i just last week submitted mine and i put k-1 visa in the block "other-specify"

the examples on this site show "i-129f petition for fiance" however, i'm hoping that the people at nebraska are smart enough to figure out it means the same thing.........

We checked OTHER and put K-1 Visa down. Which is what I have on the example form I got here at VJ. Have they changed recently or something? You are NOT applying for Naturalization at this time, so you definitely shouldn't be checking that box.

I apologize. On the example on VJ it does have Other checked but different wording. My mistake!

You must check Other, and the either write I-129F application, K1 Fiance Visa application or both. I don´t think it matters.
