Ok, so I'm having a minor day surgery thing tomorrow at 7:15 am. to prep for it, I have had to:

--drink a large shot of milk of magnesia

--not eat anything from lunchtime today, until I get home tomorrow, and only allowed liquids until midnight

--as of midnight, I can't even have liquids

I want a doughnut right now SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD.

Oliver's f@#%^& pissing me off!

First he doesn't get home til 1:30 in the morning last night because he was hanging with a co-worker at the restaurant after they closed and talking while he was closing up..

Close-up takes 20 mins when he wants to do it normally and I know they didn't close the restaurant down at 1am on a sunday night!!

So instead I'm staying up at home waiting for him to get here!! when I should be in bed asleep!

And no call from him!

oh.. and he wasn't exactly 100% sober when he got here... I could see at least 4 beers in his eyes and he knew I'd be up waiting for him!

And today the car has to go get serviced so he's got to drop it off for 10am and I was taking a couple mins to get ready b/c

1) I'm getting sick

2) my stomach isn't feeling right.. (which may be cramps or something I ate last night....)

So I just told him that since he can't wait the 2 mins for me to get ready or ask how I'm doing ONE TIME, just GO WITHOUT ME...

If there is one person on this planet that hasn't at least thought of "killing" their partner, then they are really not human.

I mean really why are they not perfect???!!

Why don't they read our minds???!!!

I'm teasing a little...I often have thought about things like, "I really should be on my own; I am not accustomed to taking anyone into account." etc etc etc, and yet I am still here.

Challenges.

Tests.

And we rise above for a bit, and then...

hee hee.

I have no attachment to future and/or expectations that two people can be together forever. That is a loooooooong time and we all learn and grown and ebb and flow. I try to have no attachment to anything really. Life is series of experiences. Whatever lessons you don't get the first time will occur again and again. (Oh I write this for me as well as for anyone reading it.)

I, for one, am on this path as it compelled me to be here, and off I go...for as long as we can achieve harmony and be kind to eachother....as often as humanly possible. Ha!

Laugh as much as possible and take care of yourself first.

Do things that make you feel good.

Why?

Because if you are not in tiptop form you cannot be there for anyone else.

We are off in a few hours and it feels like the end of the world.

Liz, men are eejits sometimes. What makes it even more frustrating is that they have not a clue as to why women get upset with them. They're just programmed differently. Best you can hope for is to wait and see how he handles this and go from there.

well.. I am also a little pissy cuz I'm PMS-ing (maybe.. ) =)

But we've patched things up.. he didn't exactly say he's sorry but he's called his mom about 6 times today already to ask about little particulars about the invitations and such... which normally he would procrastinate about

so that made it better =)

and now i'm going to make him call the organist =)
