It says on the instructions that I need to write my name on the back of the photos with a felt pen or pencil. There is already writing on the back with a regular pen and some of it is stuff relating to my work (has my name, tax # and company #). Should I just get new photos taken and fill it in with pencil?

Also how many passport photos of the USC are needed by the time everything is said and done?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Drew, or is this Tik? Not really sure.

Anyway, if it was me I would get new passport photos taken and just write on the back "Photo of <name>" That is all that they require, im not sure if other numbers and what not would confuse them. Might risk getting an RFE, which is like a nightmare.

Hope that helps.

Thanks buddy, it was Drew. Been trying to get Tik to post on here, but she's not to her part of the process yet, you'll probably be seeing her post more in a few months when that (hopefully) happens. She has the login and password.

Good thinking though, I'll go to CVS down the street later, I'm sure they have passport pictures for not too expensive and might as well be safe rather than sorry :)

They just want the picture labeled with your name. I don't see a problem with the pictures. I think they're just making suggestions that will mark the picture without making indentations through to the front. People tend to write with too much pressure using ball point pens.
