married as in legally married? if so, you cannot file for a K1 as this is for fiancé(e)s only.

K1 visa? Marriage visa? None of this makes sense. If you are married you are not eligible to apply for a K1 visa. That is for fiance(e)s only. What exactly did you apply for and when?

If I understand you correctly, you were married to someone in 2005 and in 2006 your spouse was granted a a K-3.

Are you saying that that marriage is now ended and not even a year later you are petitioning for a finance visa for a different woman?

This is the part where it's confusing...you applied for the marriage K3 visa twice?

....Once in Feb 2006 and once 2 months ago....

Were you denied the Feb 2006 visa and you re-applied 2 months ago?

You said that twice you were told on line that it was approved-

What is the date on the approval letter on the I-130/CR-1 ( what you are calling the marriage visa )?

After receiving an approval, where you sent a letter saying the approval was revoked or that you are in Administrative Review?

Subsequent to that - was the petition re-approved? What was the last date of approval?

Is there anything you think that would cause this such as a big gap in age with you and your wife?

Where you ever sent a RFE (request for evidence)?
