Timeline

My wife entered USA on K3 visa, she already had an approved I-130.

Now I want to change her status, for that she need I-94 form.But she handover this form at the US airport.

How can I get this form.

When you handed the i94 to customs they should have kept half but stapled the bottom half in your wife's passport, is thie there? If so, that's all they're asking for.

Sometimes the CBP officers fail in their duties. In our case the I-94 was not stapled but it also had an invalid date, a date that doesn't exist on any calendar (August 39, 2006). I had to get my wife and daughters' passports in the hands of a CBP supervisor to correct the problem. The only cost was the 300 mile round trip drive to the nearest POE. If the I-94 is missing, you may need to deal with it diffrently.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
