We received separate NOA1s for each app sent in.

The EAD, AOS, and AP (which we filed) each have their own case number.

Not sure what to tell you about the middle name issue.

soni1952,

Two separate NOAs- one for her EAD and one for the AOS. Both are two separate things so two separate case numbers.

I wouldn't worry about the lack of middle name on the NOAs..don't sweat the small stuff..

Hi there,

it's normal that you receive two NOA's - one for EAD and AOS. So did I. USCIS will process both applications separately and most likely you (your wife) will receive the EAD before the AOS/Greencard.

Every case has its own receipt number. If you, for example, check the case status online, use both of them.

Can't help you with the 3rd question, sorry.

Good luck!

Don't sweat because I noticed that one too... So far, they just used my first and married name on every mail that I've got from them and it's really no big deal.
