As of September 28, 2007, USCIS has completed initial data entry and issued receipt notices for applications and petitions received on or before the dates indicated:

California Service Center

Form Number Date Received

I-130 8/19/2007

N-400 7/30/2007

All Other Forms 9/13/2007

OH my God so that means that as of right now CSC is behind only two weeks for I 129F's ???

Met on May 17,2005

Got engaged on Sep 15th,2006

Came to the US for good on Jan 27th,2009

and we got married on March 28th,2009

I feel your pain.

Fee increases suck! We managed to beat every increase date up to this point...but the bastards got us this time. My wife is eligible to file for US citizenship on October 18 and we got caught by the increase this time. Unfortunately this one is the big one. Oh well, if you wanna play you gots to pay. And they make the rules!
