All going well at Oktoberfest - went yesterday morning and managed to keep going until about 7 O'Clock. My friend and I have realised that we can't handle the beer as well as when we were undergraduates 10 years ago. He fared a lot worse than me - though noone was ill and we both made it home in one piece without losing wallets, cell phones cameras etc. Doing some sightseeing the rest of the week - probably head back to the festival on friday to buy some souveniers (the obligatory shirts and glasses etc)

My mate wants to check out the porn convention in the city (Erotic Messe according to the posters). Probably go there for a bit today, until it gets boring (Which probably won't take too long). This is very much a guy-trip.
