Your sponsor should of made you a copy of the petition sent to the USCIS. Make sure you know as much about him as possible. They asked Claudeth about my family and what I did and about my children and even about my divorce. Bring pictures of you two together and cards and emails, that sort of thing.

Before Claudeth had her interview I started collecting questions others had been asked by COs at various embassies. Here is what I collected:

The CO can ask questions about the documents.

What’s the name of your fiancé?

How many times have you met?

How did you meet/know each other?

When was the last time you met?

Questions about fiancé English; do you speak good English?

How do you communicate with your fiancé?

How do you keep in touch?

What language do you use to communicate with your fiancé?

How many times do you two talk on the phone each month?

Are you willing to marry him/her?

Why do you want to marry him/her?

He/She is much older than you. What do your parents think about this?

Do you love him/her?

Does he/she own or rent his/her home?

Have you set a date for the wedding yet?

When/where do you plan to marry?

Please tell me about your wedding plan.

Are you going to hold a wedding?

Are your parents going to be at your wedding?

Do you know you must marry within 90 days of entering the US?

How much does he/she earn?

Write his/her full name?

How do you spell his/her last name?

Have you ever been to the US? When, how, for how long and where did you live?

Do you have any relatives/friends in the US? Where do they live?

Yes you can fill up the DS form online. Dont write anything on the line that said "don't write below this line" wait untill you are inside the Embassy and they told you to do so. Good Luck!
