Any Filers who sent I-130 in September?

I sent my I-129 F September 11th, 2007 but my check has yet to be cashed.

According to VCS Processing Time you should get NOA1 soon.

I've sent my to TSC on September 7, 2007.

I sent my I-130 to VSC on Sept. 6th, 2007. Still have nothing so far. Very frustrated!

USCIS Application and Receipting Update

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) advises customers that, due to a tremendous increase in the number of applications filed, processing of fee payments and entry of cases into our tracking system is behind schedule. As a result, applicants can expect notices of receipt to be delayed. USCIS is working hard to deal with the increased volume.

Delay in fee processing and data entry will not affect an applicant's Change of Status or Extension of Stay eligibility if all other eligibility requirements are met. USCIS continues to process Premium Processing Service requests within 15 days.

USCIS will honor the actual date that an application was received in our mailroom; this date will be indicated on the receipt (in the Received Date box) when Form I-797, Notice of Action, is mailed. Until this situation is resolved, USCIS will provide these weekly updates on progress in issuing receipt notices to our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

As of September 21, 2007, USCIS has completed initial data entry and issued receipt notices for applications and petitions received on or before the dates indicated:

Hi AMV, no, still nothing after almost one month. Sooo.. sad. You are lucky, cause you sent to Texas, I sent mine to VSC. VSC is still processing I-I30 sent to them Before July 29th, which means I may not get NOA1 until at least 60 days later, let's say Nov. 6th, if I get lucky. Very depressing!!!

CSC is still faster in issuing NOA1 for I-130 than VSC, though. I guess you will get NOA1 sooner than me. Let's keep each other posted.

They recieved my I-130 on Spetember 4th, and still nothing, and they haven't even cashed my check, i sent mine to the CSC.

yes, this thing makes me very angry, how can they be under staffed? All I need is a NOA1 so I can apply for the K3 visa, I am stuck now because of this delay as many of us are. My wife is getting more and more sad, if this process take too long, I will go and live with her until it comes in.
